Condo purchases plagued with fraud.
Fraud risk is High ?, it's not a risk, at this level it's not investment but gambling... Thx to Thailand laxism and closed eyes on all the frauds over the last years... I count on the fingers of 2 hands the developers who actually delivered and we have piles of frauded investors, Pisano, tnc, NN, grand marina, the Rhine, and hundreds of others .. -

King Cobra Found in Nursery School Storage Room After Floodwaters Recede
Picture and video from responders. A shocking encounter unfolded at a nursery school in Tha Phae Subdistrict Municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat, as a large king cobra was discovered hiding in a storage cabinet following receding floodwaters. The incident occurred at 13:00 on December 19, prompting a rescue response from local authorities. Mr. Ratthapong Khongkhem, a 30-year-old rescue officer from the Pracharuamjai Foundation, received a call for assistance after the snake was spotted in the school’s storage room. Teachers at the nursery, visibly shaken, directed Mr. Ratthapong to the location of the cobra. Upon inspection, the snake was found coiled inside a storage cabinet. Mr. Ratthapong attempted to use a capture pole to secure the cobra, but the snake displayed aggressive behaviour and resisted capture. The situation intensified as the snake, known for its venom and size, became increasingly defensive. In a tense moment, Mr. Ratthapong recited a traditional mantra, the “Hunter Boon Prayer,” which he had learned and practiced. The chant appeared to calm the snake, allowing the officer to successfully secure it with the capture pole. The dramatic scene, which included screams from terrified female teachers, ended with the snake being safely removed from the cabinet. The king cobra measured approximately 2 metres in length. After being captured, it was placed in a sack and later released into the wild, away from human settlements. Teachers at the nursery recounted that the school had been inundated by floodwaters in recent weeks, causing damage to learning materials and supplies. As they were cleaning up and organising items after the water subsided, they heard unusual noises coming from the storage cabinet. Initially suspecting it was a smaller snake species, they were alarmed to discover a king cobra. “I’m scared just thinking about it,” one teacher admitted. “We’re grateful no one was harmed.” -- 2024-12-20 ScreenRecording_12-19-2024 18-14-02_1.mp4 -

Upgrade Main breaker box
Any recommendations for a brand? I bought some safe-T-cut switch/breakers a few years back, I think its made in Thailand and they have some consumer box/panels in the stores around me. So if I understand if its din then I can buy whatever and throw it in whatever box as long as its a din box/rail and din breaker etc.? I liked the look of the square D/Schneider with each breaker having their own rccb with fixed 30 or 10ma for choice. I would go with 30ma. The ones I looked at in the stores seem to use just the main breaker, so if that trips your house is dark I guess.
