Fraud risk is High ?, it's not a risk, at this level it's not investment but gambling... Thx to Thailand laxism and closed eyes on all the frauds over the last years... I count on the fingers of 2 hands the developers who actually delivered and we have piles of frauded investors, Pisano, tnc, NN, grand marina, the Rhine, and hundreds of others ..
