Fat fingers. AGM. Annual General Meeting. Where all tenants join in person or online for a meeting of co-owners, and committee presents financial and other results, then discusses topics that were submitted by co-owners. We had several specific targets similarly ignorant, followed by cops taking away a couple in weeks that followed.

Admittedly, that tenant smashed mirror in front of lift... 3 times... attacked someone in lobby, tried to rob 7-11 on premises and beat up the neighbout who tried to stop him.

That unit has been listed for sale since arrest but seems owner can't get clearance letter from juristic office...

what does someone gettng arrested at your condo have anything to do with the condo I rent out ?

Where I'm at, there are definitely more Russians around beginning in November or so and continuing through April, but they all seem very polite and civilized. No noise, no loud parties, no slamming doors.  Just more people around.  The pool is more crowded than usual, but nothing objectionable. The condo has a guard at the beachside access, a guardhouse at the entrance, and CCTV cameras everywhere that are monitored 24/7.  To get in the door of the buildings, there's facial recognition software, and you can't go anywhere in the elevator without an access card, and even then, you can you go to your floor or to the floors with the gym, sauna, and tennis courts. People don't get in here unless they belong, and in order to register for facial recognition, they need to bring a lease to the Juristic office and provide a picture.

In short, it''s fairly quiet around here, notwithstanding the high season.

I live in a house on the edge of a golf course and because of the new resorts that have gone up around here, it's as noisy as the Jomtien condo where I used to live. I think my next big spend will be on double glazing and noise proofing the attic.

jes, I live in the same moo ban for 17 years. Very quiet until 2 years ago.A Chinese investor bought and knocked down the house next door and built a 5 br Air bnb listed on Booking.com.Every week a new gang shows up and the pool parties start when the bars close. F all we can do about it.It's a proxy ownership via the bitch who manages the moo ban.

I had double glazing with plastic laminate also installed.

All it does is dull the noise slightly.70 k down the drain.

I have an air horn I bought from Lazada that I regularly blast off at 7am for their benefit.Revenge is bitter sweet!

Hello

In our condo more and more russians each season.. most of them renting for a few weeks. Some of them invite other russian friends during the weekends.. Management doesn't do anything.. food and drinks around the pool which is forbidden.. nobody cares..

At night they gather on terraces, drink and sing.. last year was woken up 2 times around 3 o clock morning by ongoing choirs..

Mid November the russian owner came and spent 15 days in the condo under ours.. guitar, songs, loud conversations and laughs each and every evening.. Limited music knowledge..Yesterday (Beatles) sung 2/3 times per evening .. Complained to the management.. Answer was.. they don't speak English..(as if manager would be fluent English speaker).. when I told her Google translate exists, the answer was "I don't want to make enemies"..

Normally 20 to 25 of them hang around the pool full day with kids, screaming, running and jumping continuously into the pool.. they also put in the pool giant mattresses (last year one 2mx2m with 10 kids on it) or giant plastic ducks or crocodiles, not allowing others to swim or exercise.. and this only gets worse as it is easy to notice more and more are coming holidays after holidays..

Becoming slowly Moscow at the beach like the Ambassador.. Owners complain but still rent out.. so nothing will change or for the worse

Have a good day

log, there are some door slammers (ruskies) in my building also, not as bad as your situation.  I see the odd one in the lift. What a sullen miserable bunch of A holes. A good morning greeting gets a weird look at best so I try my best to ignore them.

Thats why I only sign up for 6 month lease terms. Any crap like you describe and I'm gone.I can't even stand their whiny jibberish.

Forgot to say that last year after nights and nights of songs screams etc.. I wrote a message on the condo line site .. a long time co owner wrote an answer saying he personally got up at 3.30 and went and told them to stop that noise.. he wrote in his message, those people were rednecks etc..

Came to know he is a russian himself ..lol.. but very nice and always saying hello and never making any noise..lol..

If management was doing his job, this wouldn't happen..

Just now a feast going on close to the pool with 2 grown ups dressed in Spiderman and one lady with a red cape and a hord of kids yelling like animals...

We are tenants.. we complained to our farang owner who says management doesn't answer him..

News of the day the russian owner under our condo reached yesterday !! Let's see if musical events begin.

We are tenants but our contract doesn't include a clause allowing to break it before the end.. but we now keep all proves and will go giving a reasonable notice

Have a good day
