Look I dont know what is wrong with you but Beta Grow Chicken breasts and tenders are great. I believe you are severely overcooking them, especially if you even consider a pressure cooker. In your oven a seasoned chicken breast of 280-340 grams should take about 25 to 30 minutes at 180. Invest in a meat thermometer and it should read 165 degrees. 

 

Been cooking chicken in the oven this way for over 50 years.

b.  By the way, We Chinese have been using steamers or poaching chicken breast for thousands of years.

c.  Please note that NOT all Chicken Breasts are created equal.

 

The ones I bought at the store I visited are best consumed by canines.

 

d.  I have purchased chicken breasts and whole chickens from local markets here, and they are quite edible, and tender.
