Irish diver’s fate revealed on Thailand’s ‘Death Island’
Philip9 says "air costs nothing." Who and what to believe? Seen it in other tourism sectors here. Why would diving be any different? Well, we wouldn't want to "defame" a diving company, would we? They can sue for defamation, which means gaol time. Thus, no freedom of speech around the incident, but hey, the Thai tourism industry must be protected at all and any cost. No, just not as naive as you, but then again, I guess you are the sort of guy that actually believes your girl is "different." Do try to think outside of the square sometimes. MONEY NUMBER ONE here. Go on the record. Do you agree or disagree with this term? -

Germany - Alice Weidel Vows Accountabability for Covid Vaccine Deaths and Side Effects
Nice and easy to read. I wonder what’s up with Ethiopia. Here’s a detailed breakdown in case you’re interested https://www.scribd.com/document/706856900/Deagel-2025-Forecast-by-Country -

Do I need a professional plumber?
True. However it also has problems with UV damage and can become rather brittle. My preferred material is PP-R as I have had leaks with PVC. With PP-R once welded there is no possibility of a leak. I now only use PVC for waste water which means that any leak will cause virtually no problem . -

Thai tax tangle: Expats warned of new rules on overseas income
Really? Where will you get that from? Have you read what the Thai RD has on that? Let me make it easy for you ... here is the reference: https://www.rd.go.th/english/23518.html If you read that, you will note that it is for entering/leaving Thailand. Not for extensions. Currently, as written, those who stay in Thailand and never leave never have to produce such. Also, from what I have read, it has been dormant for years. On the books. But no longer in use. So likely Thailand has to update such, if they wish to apply such. Perhaps they will - but they have not done so yet, .... they have not even hinted that they are considering such (which given how often they like to explore publicly ideas that never come to pass is, shall I say, unusual if they intend to go the 'tax certificate' route)? But who knows. TiT. -

Benjamin arrives at the logical conclusion regarding taxes
Some members have crunched the numbers for pensions, from different countries around the world. Basically, most pensions, if all of that pension is remitted each month, goes over the tax free threshold. As for "seek and find" make having a Clearance Certificate part of the documents required at extension time. No seeking, no finding. Farang go to the TRD like sheep. Yes, I know, rocket science for the Thai government. I'm sure there's no way they would have thought about it. You are forgetting there are some foreign high wealth individuals in Thailand. Not every expat retiree is a pensioner living on nothing. I don't trust you, because you are like the many that think this will all go away, and whilst I hope it does, I don't think it will. Time will tell.
