Wait what? A simple spank on a Thai is 200,000 baht fine and jail? A french backpacker was caught recording other female backpackers in the dormitory showers up north some years ago and was given a 1400 baht fine for public indecency...

 

Seems they really have this extremist law seeking goals as soon its a foreigner VS thai while in the exact same identical cases where it is foreigner vs foreigner, thai vs thai or thai vs foreigner, it not happens.

 

Not justifying what the dude did but this is starting to become very obvious.
