Snakes can be both, venomous and poisonous. 

 

Keelbacks is one of them, but harmless to people, if you do not let it chew on you, or you chew on it 🤔

Yep Keelbacks are both venomous and poisonous. Venomous and poisonous snakes are few as are only poisonous snakes. The vast majority of snakes are neither venomous/life threatening to humans or poisonous.
