Central Festival Immigration Office.

Hi,

I noticed that Thai immigration are using Central Festival as a second office in Chiang Mai - Does anyone know if it is possible to get my 1 year Thai Wife / Family extension renewed there or do I still have to visit HELL near the airport?

I just submitted mine there last Monday, receiving the one month visa while they "check" toward issuing the eleven months visa.....

This is the 3rd year we've used that office....

It's a busy place....

I'm not a fan of that mall or it's parking but, at least, it offers diversions.....

The Immigration office at Central is only for 90 day reporting, agents getting visa's

for people that pay extra ,you have to go to Airport office to obtain and renew visa's

that office is like heaven now , after what you had to go though at the old office and

at Promenade , you had to be there 4 in the morning in hope of getting a ticket.

Heaven? Oh boy how I miss having to queue up in the yard outside at 1AM j7ust to make sure of an appointment ticket - lovely chill in the air around Feb and March!
