Hello

I am new here, having a question: i applied for an extension of stay (marriage visa) on Dezember 2nd. I got a stamp "under consideration" and a date for return in person on january 30 in my passport, also a notice of the 90 days "process". I had all recommended papers, almost 500k on my Bank account, seems everthing was o.k. Two IO-officers visited us on Dezember 3rd, asked my neighbor, made pictures of us in front of the house and so on. Now i "live in fear" since that, becausei i don't know what will happen to me at januar 30.

Nothing.

You had home visit. Completely normal.

You return on Jan 30 for final stamp.

You are currently in "under consideration period"

Don't worry about that term.

Your extension is approved.

Nothing will happen.  Go in with your passport and receive your extension.  All marriage extensions have to be sent to a higher office and cannot be done locally.  The under consideration stamp is to give time for that approval and for the home visit if they decide to do one.

If they accepted your application then 99.9% of the time you will get your extension without issues.  They would not have accepted your paperwork otherwise.

Thank you for your informations, it makes my feelings so much better now.

You're all good.

BTW maintain the funds in bank (400k) till you receive final stamp.

After that you can use funds as you wish.

Two months prior to your next extension application bring bank balance back up to 400k
