Creat New Content - unable to select Thailand Visa & Immigration topic

Hi,

I can't access 'Thailand Visa & Immigration' under Topic when trying to create new content - it's one of many greyed out topics in the drop down menu.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

What are you using, pc or mobile, and can you put a screen shot of what you are seeing please ?
