csaba81 Posted February 2 Posted February 2 I have a toaster that's expensive enough to justify repair. Everything works except now you have to stand there and hold it down while it's toasting. I'm in the Chang Khlan area if that helps.
SAFETY FIRST Posted February 2 Posted February 2 What make is it. I'm Pattaya, I bought an Electrolux toaster a few years ago, it's decided to stop working in the first couple of weeks. Took it to the local Electrolux repair, workshop, they replaced with a new item. 1
Popular Post CMBob Posted February 2 Popular Post Posted February 2 Only place I can suggest is Amorn as they repair all kinds of large and small electrical appliances. Located east of Power Buy and next to Computer City (north of the old city and on the north side of the moat). 1 1 1

AMORN electronics just east of Computer City on the north side of the moat! PS; Sorry @CMBob I did not see your post for some reason when I posted mine! PPS; At least we both agree on the solution! 1

Also at the Hang Dong Big C....Bottom floor, corner store by a massage place & small phone vendors.....
Dellboy218 Posted Wednesday at 01:51 AM Posted Wednesday at 01:51 AM Just a thought.....I know its obvious but sometimes toasters don't latch due to debris getting in the way. If you arnt comfortable opening one up then try turning bit upside down and giving it a few knocks. 1
grin Posted Thursday at 02:00 AM Posted Thursday at 02:00 AM The last time I was in Amorn at the Mae Hia Big C on Hang Dong Road their shelves were almost empty. It looked like they were in the process of shutting down. My wife tells me that the Amorn in the Big C Extra on the Super Highway has some other shop in that location now. Can anyone confirm the current state of these two aforementioned Amorn shops and whether or not the Amorn on the road north of the moat is still open for business?
Duvidl Posted Thursday at 07:38 AM Posted Thursday at 07:38 AM The only two Amorn shops that are still open are the Hang Dong shop and the shop at the Tuk plaza on the northside of the moat. The shops at the Lotus across from Meechoke Plaza and the Big C on the Superhighway are now gone.
Ginkas Posted yesterday at 02:48 AM Posted yesterday at 02:48 AM Amorn at Big C Extra is now a furniture shop. Amorn at Computer City on the northwest of the moat is now only on the ground floor and now sells a lot of foodstuffs outside the actual shop.

Where you take appliances for repair there is the smaller building on the right, not in the main building.
Ginkas Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Thanks for the addition, I'd forgotten about the outside repairs as I've never used it. Having said that I'll probably need it soon!
grin Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Thanks for the replies about the Amorn shops. I'll have to check out the Hang Dong Big C shop to see how well they have restocked their electronics. Pretty much everything else they sold can be purchased at the Mr. DIY shops.
