Posted elsewhere but it is relevant here. I think Nichol's has a hearing scheduled for tomorrow and it appears he'll rule in favor of the White House if they offer ( and they will ) a couple of basic repairs to the original order.

And I know there has to be a slush fund. You can't record a payment to Achmed Hussain, 24 Arab Street. Islamabad - reason for payment - told us where to find Bin Laden.

Just create a separate national security fund and have the Treasury transfer the money there. IMO Americans would accept that.

Reading that USAID granted $70,000 for a LGBT stage show in Ireland.

And $45 million for sexual reproduction and health in Gaza. Dear me.

That's Gaza Zimbabwe and for the prevention of HIV transmission.

Interesting to note that USAID sources food supplies from U.S. farmers, to the tune of $2+ billion per year, and that some $ 500 million in storage is at risk of spoiling now.

This helps U.S. farmers, and helps balance fluctuations in supply/demand benefiting domestic grocery prices.

Iowa benefits immensely so it's strange that Sen. Ernst is so anti-USAID. That she shirked her oversight responsibilities for years, and now jumped on the DOGE wagon, is disappointing.

Of course. USAID has always been an indirect way to discreetly subsidize the U.S. agricultural sector.

Here are the main recipients. I doubt food deliveries will be really stopped.

  1. Minnesota

    • Key Crops: Peas, wheat, sorghum.

    • 2024 Sales: $70 million via contracts with Cargill, CHS Inc., and Sinamco 4.

    • Impact: Minnesota’s pea industry—critical for protein processing—relies on USAID for 10–20% of its export market.

  2. Iowa

    • Key Crops: Corn, soybeans.

    • Role: While not a top direct recipient, Iowa’s corn and soybeans feed into USDA-USAID joint initiatives like the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust (4).

  3. Texas

    • Key Crops: Sorghum, cotton.

    • 2024 Sales: $1.1 billion in sorghum exports to Africa, partially funded by USAID’s Food for Peace program.

  4. Kansas

    • Key Crops: Wheat, sorghum.

    • 2024 Sales: Kansas sorghum farmers supply over 20% of USAID’s African food aid shipments.

  5. Nebraska

    • Key Crops: Corn, soybeans.

    • Role: A hub for USDA-USAID ethanol-linked corn purchases, bolstered by biofuel incentives.

The issue more is than just an invasion of privacy.  It's what Maxine and her friends are trying to hide.  They can run, but they can't hide from DOGE.

They're running scared, in full panic mode. DOGE is going to audit these corrupt liberals and any other deep state fraudsters on the kickback take.

Does he consider holding elective office as being a federal employee?  If so, there are a number of suspects that need to be investigated, including Joe Biden.

No coincidence her (ex) husband Jeremy Bash was one of the 51 lyin spies that helped democrats cheat in the 2020 election by falsely claiming without evidence the laptop was Russian disinfo, which led to useful idiots censoring fact for years in some cases. Not surprised she is totally misinformed about politics.

It's going to take more than a sanctuary city to help these confused people.  I long for the good old days when everyone had simpler lifestyles.  Now it's lifestyles for the simple minded.

So they will not investigate the corrupt Republicans? 🙂

You know you're over the enemy when the threats start. Desperate liberals, panicking, reacting with threats of using weapons against Elon for exposing gov't fraud, corruption, abuse, waste etc. Speaks volumes especially for these who speak the loudest.

Incorrect, more like $327M but certainly they could investigate how some members of congress amassed legitimate fortunes thru legitimate business ventures and waste everyones time. It's the pelosi's. Schumer's, berni sanders, liz warrens and others who are worth mega-millions yet have no bonafide business enterprise in their portfolios. DOGE will likely shine light on these ultra wealthy politicians earning a gov't salary. Could get real interesting for them and maybe why Wash DC lawyer searches on google have spiked recently.
