Since I didn't say anything in the post you quoted "glorifying" Trump, perhaps you should take lessons in comprehension.

At least Zelensky has a career to fall back on when he becomes an ex president- comedian. He's a real joke even now. :giggle:

Zelensky is a talented guy, dontcha know?

and stupid

One only needs look at that woman with the expensive hairstyle that pretends to be an EU leader to know they have to be stupid if she gets to be in charge. In a better world she'd be handing out canapes at a girl's party to talk about babies.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Thanks for that. I saw the movie but don't remember that scene, probably because I saw it in NZ and it was likely censored because it had the P word in it. This is a country that had segregated audiences ( men and women not allowed to watch it together ) for Ulysses presumably because of the scene where the woman talks about one. Probably the most boring film I ever saw.

I had loads of teachers that failed to "educate" me. I think teacher is more appropriate. I had three careers requiring me to pass exams to qualify, so it wasn't that I wasn't capable of learning, just that they were as useless as a wet paper bag.

True, we find those resistant to the lessons we are trying to impart. Past success is no promise of future returns ... And I do recognize that, like all professions, the quality of teachers varies widely.

That explains a lot.

Yes, much to the dismay of the MAGA types. That is why, along with the press, educators are removed as soon as possible from influencing the citizens ... damn, liberal ideas (like the ones the USA was founded upon ... in part).

Well, it's better than the hilarious shots of shirtless Vlad, Vlad "finding" ancient underwater artifacts, etc, and even weirder -- pre-plastic surgery Vlad, who looks uncomfortably like Dobby the House Elf.

What kind of man is so insecure as to continually get plastic surgery over the years?  Oh, I know, the same kind of man who will condemn hundreds of thousands to death for his own ego and ability to stay in power.

You consider that to be an intelligent observation?

The quality of teachers in the US varies less every year.

In the US, teachers have at least twelve of the most impressionable years of a person's life.

I didn't have liberal teachers. They enjoyed corporal punishment too much to be that way inclined.

I think the founding fathers might take issue with actual liberal ideas as in evidence today. Homosexuality was definitely a no no.

Did not talk about it and it was considered scandalous but it was present and known to most with knowledge.
