Title says it all. With the EB-5 there were rules and loopholes, it could be gamed. With this you have $5 million to pay or you don't You get residency and possible citizenship. This is the Thai Elite on steroids and what it should have been.

As someone who lived in mid-town Manhattan 1975-1980 I developed a visceral dislike for Donald J. Trump.
