20ft insulated container

Hi, does anyone know any suppliers that sells 20ft insulated containers like in the picture below?

 

I will be building a house and want one as a site office/accom fir the duration of the build.  Will install a insulated panel wall and small bathroom in one end, and kitchen bench.

 

I can buy from China but would like to avoid the customs headaches if there is someone who imports them in Thailand already.
