That's the one. There is a small display case on your right as soon as you enter. Has the chocolate and cream  eclairs. Bottom of that display case was the dark chocolate blocks. Had milk chocolate aswell.

of course it is, you're just on the carb phobic bandwagon

No ............you are on the anti fat bandwagon.

Fat doesn't make you fat, sugar does.

Sugar has no nutritional value, except quick energy boost.   Along with insulin spiking.

Fat's on the other hand ...

Call it carb phobia ... I call it better eating.  Carbs don't give me anything that I can't get elsewhere, without the sugar & insulin spikes.   I'm usually very picky with my carb intake, and try to stick to fibrous (greens) carbs.  Avoiding most of the starchy carbs, as they really don't agree with me.

On Topic ... as always ... Chocolate is great, though I do try to stick with just the cacao powder (100%), added to things (milk kefir yoghurt mostly), though if cool temps, hot chocolate drink always nice break from coffee.   Or Mocha coffee.

When I make chocolate bars, I have a hard time walking pass the frig.  Too addicting 😎

Based on your previous posts you struggled with sugar and carbs, maybe lacked enough self control to avoid the high processed stuff, i have no problem with controlling what I eat, i love carbs, veg, fruit, life's sweeter

Love the ones I eat also, and don't miss the ones I avoid; potatoes, pasta & rice.  Rice is easy, as don't and never did care for it.

Control the ones I'm addicted to; Rye bread & Tater tots.   Rye has plenty of fat & protein on it when eaten, and the TT are deep fried, to slow the digestion and sugar / insulin spike to minimal.

Homemade Cheesecake is my go to dessert, with only ~8gr of sugar per large slice, again, with heathy amount of fat & protein to go with it.

I think that you are being slightly disingenuous as I suspect that you eat mostly the 'good carbs'.

LOL! No effort at all!  Give up pasta, potatoes, rice, root vegetables, and sugar. Eat everything else. Doesn't get much easier than that.

Find a sport you enjoy and go play!  My wife plays with her group every afternoon, and I'm in the field 3-4 days a week. Good exercise and good fun!

Yep ... really don't need to give up much at all, and that's only if you ate a lot of it anyway.   Myself, just cut way back on potatoes, pasta & bread.  Feel much better for it.  Egg noodles instead of pasta.  Whole wheat Rye, when in the mood.

All these are considerer Keto friendly, and most I ate anyway.   Cutting sugar was the easiest to do, as wasn't a big fan or user of anyway.  Just adjusted the type of pastries I eat now.

Foods I eat, and are readily available in TH.  Taken from an Keto approved list, that is much longer.

On topic as always ... note Chocolate is on the list 😎

Man, I love carbs too! Wouldn't give 'em up for nothing!

Same with sweet things.
But I'll choose healthy carbs like spinach and broccoli, berries and nuts.
And for a sweetener, Monkfruit or stevia if I want to go natural, Allulose or Erythritol for the times I don't. Breads, waffles, cakes, and pastries, just made without wheat flour. And of course, chocolate. I made mine into Almond Bark breakup.
Nope... no suffering involved.

You eat a lot of bread and you're not fat?

Chocolate thread has turned into a keto debate.

Yes and rice and potatoes, key is low fat. Keto seems to be for people with a lack of self control
