If you say so cockroach...

it was actually you boasting about getting your mates off drink driving charges using your police friends, not me.
I do have my doubts about the truthfulness of your story though.

It is a bit far fetched, a farang calling the Thai police to get Thais off drink driving?
Unlikely.

OK cockroach... if you say so....

Er, yes it would be!

Please explain how, or are you in need of ER?

"...are you in need of ER?"

Please explain what that means...was it an intended insult?

Depends on the context.  I do not know what "Are you in need of ER?" means, in English it does not make sense.

Ricky was unable to confirm his insurance status due to the extent of his injuries.

I always carry the details of my travel insurance in my wallet, including name of the company and how to make a claim in an emergency.
