Featured Replies

Like 2 Eggs ,bacon , sausages ,hash browns ,beans ,black sausage ,ok sauce ?

yum yum

Once a month. Its nice but dont need all that.

Never

Once every twenty months.

Way too much food.

I used to be a voracious eater, especially when I was young and played a lot sports.

I skip breakfast and do intermittent fasting.

No food for 18 hours and eat through a 6 hour window.

I'm mostly a pescatarian with a Mediterranean diet influence now.

It's done very well for me.

I used to weigh 200 lbs and had high blood pressure, now I maintain a 155 lbs +/- a pound or two.

No meds, BP 114/80......

not often, last was about 10yrs ago.

Every Sunday,  usually with my homemade bacon and sausages.  But, that's all I eat every Sunday.

once a month , not much nutrition in that fry up

Once a year.

Once a year, but with HP Sauce.  I have actually never even seen OK Sauce but seems it is similar.

Never.

It's not that much food, especially if you're only doing 2 meals a day.

You still need ample protein to maintain health.

once a week at least haha

I think I have had two in 25 years, only because they came with the hotel room.

At home, I rarely eat a full Yank brekkie as never that hungry in the morning.

Once every 2 weeks or so.  Usually cook it myself, but we're spoiled for choice for decent full-English breakfasts around here.
