You remember a Biden thing called "catch and release", well it's called "catch and remove" now.

In short, catch and release has been replaced by a "catch and remove" framework. The dramatic reduction in illegal crossings—down 94% from February 2024 to February 2025—and the near-elimination of releases into the U.S. interior demonstrate that this policy is no longer in effect as of now. Illegal entries dropped 94% from Feb 2024 to February 2025: U.S. Border Patrol recorded approximately 8,300 to 8,450 apprehensions of migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border unlawfully between ports of entry. This figure represents the lowest monthly apprehensions tally since at least fiscal year 2000, marking a significant decline from previous years. Posts on X and reports from sources like CBS News and Axios confirm this sharp drop, attributing it to stringent enforcement policies implemented since January 2025.

No more illegal and secret Biden flights of illegals being transported into the US: As of March 30, 2025, the practice of flying illegal immigrants into the U.S. interior under the specific Biden-era programs, such as the CHNV (Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans) mass parole initiative, has been significantly curtailed or stopped following the change in administration on January 20, 2025. Remember the CPB One app: well it too has been effectively terminated by Trump: On January 20, 2025, the CBP One app was discontinued for facilitating migrant entry, replaced by a new "CBP Home" app aimed at encouraging voluntary self-deportation among those already in the U.S

Thank Trump for ending bidens illegal invasion of illegal criminal aliens into America.

Biden allowed an invasion of unvetted illegals invade the nation creating a national security crisis and child human sex trafficking crisis never before seen in America. The biden legacy of intentional policy failure aimed at the destruction of America. Open your eyes and ask yourself..."why did biden et al do this"...?

I'll repeat. No one knows how many are coming in, it will never stop, and it's been continuous all along. It fluctuates, as it isn't a certain amount that are trying every day or month. While Trump was in office, untold thousands were still coming in , and he himself has no idea just how many. His wall stopped a few temporarily, and no wall ever will stop people seeking work. Asylum seekers and family members aren't the same as those looking for work.

Reading propaganda from people who take either side has never worked, as all politicians lie and promise things that never happen, and things go wrong and right during all presidencies, with little being the cause of the president himself, Congress being the one behind the signatures, along with most of the advice. Ego has Trump doing things, some of them right, some wrong, and some that might cause real trouble in the future. My eyes have always been opened all along since Kennedy was in office.

It wasn't untold millions. Read up on exactly all of the facts of what Biden was doing. Taking one side, hero worship, doesn't work. I'm not political and prefer to sit back and look at character, what's promised, and what actually happens without allowing myself to fall into the Kardashian worship on anyone, because no one deserves it. Criminal gangs are not allowed in with open arms. Where does one get such ignorant thinking? There are, have been, and likely will, always be criminals in America, either there already, being born there, or coming in because there's money to be made in America, just as human traffickers are allowed to work here, with some help from officials, the same happens in the US, and always will, as long as there's a profit in someone's eyes. ALL presidents do some good things, and ALL do stupid things, and ALL have to pick up the pieces from former president's failures.

Close to two million in gotaways alone:

Gotaways

"Gotaways" are migrants who evade Border Patrol detection. Estimates vary, but:

CBP reported 1.8 million gotaways from FY 2021 to FY 2024. Adjusting for Biden’s term (excluding pre-January 2021), this is roughly 1.6 million through September 2024.

Total gotaways for Biden’s term likely range from 1.65 million to 1.7 million.

I lived in Texas for 32 years, and knew Border Patrol Agents and sold them guns. Heard stories by them and ranch owners, and saw immigrants coming in, crossings ranches, getting in and out of cars when I hunted in South Texas many times.  NO ONE knows how many come in. All they know is how many are caught and deported, or allowed to stay for whatever reasons. Thinking it slowed down during Trumps term is ignorant. Illegals do not come in at any set rate, and slowing during or increasing has nothing to do with anyone in the US besides those who hire them, and the coyotes that help them get in. Likely ranged means absolutely nothing. No one knows, not even those responsible as they aren't keeping count and the border is long and has many involved who aren't connected to any others. Believing anyone's opinions or prejudiced accounts means nothing.

No one knows

CPB/DHS track bidens illegals with the immigration apps he provided them. One example is the CPB mobile ONE app (now scrapped Jan 20/2025 under Trumps admin).

Under the Biden administration, a specific program utilizing the CBP One mobile app has facilitated the entry of migrants into the United States by allowing them to schedule appointments at ports of entry or, in some cases, arrive via domestic commercial flights after initial processing. This is part of a broader parole initiative for individuals from countries like Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (commonly referred to as the CHNV program), as well as other nationalities under certain conditions.
Official data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) indicate that, since the program's expansion in January 2023, significant numbers of migrants have entered this way. As of the latest updates:
  • By December 2023, approximately 320,000 migrants had been flown into the U.S. under this parole program, according to a report from the Center for Immigration Studies based on CBP data obtained through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. These individuals were transported into at least 43 U.S. airports after being vetted and authorized for travel, primarily from their home countries or intermediate locations like Mexico.
  • More recent estimates, reflecting data up to October 2024, suggest the total has risen to around 823,000, as reported by outlets citing ongoing tracking of the program. This figure includes those processed through the CBP One app and paroled into the interior, often via domestic flights after crossing at official ports of entry.

I lived there 32 years, and saw this firsthand. What you're posting is immigrants that are documented coming in, which anyone can know. What is not known is how many come in illegally. Do you think all immigrants follow protocols or use apps? Thousands have been coming in, to this day, and no one knows besides those coming in , those helping them, and those hiring them, and they are not connected, as there are thousands wanting to come in for work all the time, who get here, are turned back, get by, are deported when caught, or are still in the states working.

Unless ANYONE including immigrants cross legally at land, air, sea ports of entry they are all illegal, which by many accounts are not less than 10M illegals entering US illegally complements of Biden and his planned open border illegal alien invasion. Biden (or whoever controls him at the time) did this...intentionally, question is...why did biden and his dream team of America hating losers do this and allow it to happen?

Biden wanted asylum for some fleeing danger in some countries. Biden wanted family members to be together, as some family members are already in the US legally. Biden does not want illegals causing trouble or working here illegally. You're missing my points. No one knows how many come in. They have been coming in since Santa Ana lost Texas, and will continue forever, as long as there is work and family member already here. No wall , president or amount of border agents will stop all of them. Biden does not hate the US. Trump makes mistakes, and seems to love America, although what feeds his agenda is his ego.

LOL....no, maybe not as much as his handlers do, but he sure did nothing to stop the illegals and did everything to circumvent the immigration process in America, proof being all the policies and EO's he quashed Trump had in place to manage immigration and border security. Are you aware of Trump's recent policies he's implemented to contain bidens planned illegal alien invasion? Guess what, the numbers suggest it's working despite bidens cries for congress to implement legislation to provide remedies to his planned invasion of illegals...all bluster, lies, deceit, and in violation of his oath of office. Compare bidens border disaster to the current Trump interdicted border situation, all in a few short months. All it took was to vote in a new POTUS, one that loves his country and respects AND enforces immigration rules and laws. Biden failed, he's useless and a brain addled and corrupt loser going down as the worst and most corrupt POTUS in history. His first goat rpoing gong show session started in Aug 2021 when he caused 13 service members to get blown to bits during his botched Afghan withdrawal while the world watched, some/most laughed and others saw what biden and US stood for, weakness, incompetence and failure, worsened day by day for the next 4 years as millions of unvetted illegal aliens, many (600,000) known murderers, rapists, violent felons to walk in to big ole US of A....TOTAL FAILURE.

I'm thinking you don't understand the numbers are there from a certain side, and they still don't know how many are, have, and will still enter the US illegally. Trump is actually listed as the worst president ever,so let's see if he climbs out of that cellar and does something right now, for the common man, instead of just for his rich friends or ego.

Again, the people Biden let in were not illegals. Illegals are those that enter the US undercover, and try to stay there, working illegally or staying with relatives, their work coming from rich Americans who hire them. Biden did not want illegals coming in and committing crimes or working illegally. Anyone thinking this is a hero worshiper that feels the need to put down the other side and invents ways to do it.

Try spending some time and research just what Biden did right, and what Trump did wrong. You have to step back from the hero worship and see them for who they really are, and in time, we will all see if Trump does the job he's supposed to. Alienating other countries is a huge mistake we might all pay for someday, so hopefully his backers sit him down and tell him what needs to be done. You can blame Biden for his signing off of what Congress wanted, where some lives have been lost, but it will never compare to the thousands that Trump let die because ht "knew all about Covid" and didn't close the borders in time.

Biden allowed unvaccinated illegal immigrants to enter the country, how about that...there was requirement for illegals to be vaccinated.

No Vaccination Requirement: Illegal immigrants crossing the southern border between ports of entry—over 7.5 million encounters from FY 2021 to January 2025—were not subject to a vaccination mandate for entry. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) processed these individuals under Title 8 (immigration law) or, until May 2023, Title 42 (public health expulsions). Neither framework required vaccination status checks for apprehension or release into the U.S. interior. Posts on X and reports from 2021–2022 highlighted Border Patrol releasing unvaccinated migrants, often without testing, into communities, citing logistical constraints.

Like I said, research is your friend, and downgrading Biden or anyone else not on Trumps side is just hero worship, especially since he's yet to prove his worth, although it seems he's trying in some ways. I can find many links from other's opinions to post also, but I prefer actual evidence.People enter the US daily un vaccinated from many countries, and many Americans aren't vaccinated either, so that's moot point.

Not in 2021....proof of covid vaccinations were required for any foreign national seeking entry into the US

  • Vaccination Requirement Introduced (November 2021): On October 25, 2021, Biden announced a proclamation, effective November 8, 2021, requiring most foreign nationals entering by air to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. "Full vaccination" meant completing a WHO-approved vaccine series (e.g., Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca) at least 14 days prior. This applied to:
  • Nonimmigrant travelers (e.g., tourists, business visitors) on temporary visas.
  • Immigrant visa holders seeking permanent residency.
  • Exceptions included U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (LPRs), children under 18, those with medical contraindications, and limited humanitarian cases (e.g., fleeing imminent danger with no time to vaccinate). Unvaccinated travelers in these exempt categories still needed a negative test and, post-entry, quarantine or vaccination plans in some cases.

**  illegal immigrants crossing the southern border between ports of entry—over 7.5 million encounters from FY 2021 to January 2025—were not subject to a vaccination mandate for entry.

I believe the vaccine requirement for air and land entries ended in May 2023

Where exactly do you find this nonsense? Planned illegal immigration of criminal aliens? I mentioned this before. Stop the hero worship and actually read fact based unbiased articles, maybe from AP or Reuters. Most of the crapola you find, especially regarding politicians, is biased opinions that some actually believe. Why? Because of the persistent hero worship. No one deserves worship besides Jesus, especially a racist, misogynist, cheating, felon, lying president with a limited vocabulary.

Planned illegal immigration of criminal aliens?

in consideration that biden is incapable of speaking coherently, speaking without cue cards, getting lost on stage, and generally of low IQ with a know high level propensity to screw EVERYTHING up, maybe HE DIDN'T plan it or nothing for that matter but some other evil incarnate (his auto-pen puppet) created an "illegal alien invasion" of some 10M unvetted illegal criminal aliens into America after $hit-canning numerous Trump working border/immigration policies and EO's that had the border security and immigration under well managed conditions and not a national and humanitarian crisis that ensued when mush brains Biden began his 4 year reign of destruction on America.

Read it and weep:

When Joe Biden took office on January 20, 2021, his administration quickly moved to undo several Trump-era policies and executive orders (EOs) related to illegal immigration and border security, reflecting a shift toward a more humanitarian approach. Here’s a detailed look at the key Trump policies and EOs that Biden scrapped, based on actions taken early in his term and their subsequent impact, as understood through March 30, 2025:

Trump Policies and EOs Scrapped by Biden

  1. National Emergency Declaration (EO 9844, February 15, 2019)
    • Trump Policy: Trump declared a national emergency at the southern border to redirect $8 billion in military funds for border wall construction, citing an "invasion" of illegal immigrants and drugs. This bypassed Congressional opposition and funded 738 miles of wall by January 2021.
    • Biden Action: On February 11, 2021, Biden terminated the national emergency via Proclamation 10142, halting the diversion of funds. Wall construction stopped immediately, with only minor repairs continuing. Biden redirected $1.4 billion of unspent wall funds to other priorities, effectively stalling Trump’s signature project.
  2. "Remain in Mexico" (Migrant Protection Protocols, MPP)
    • Trump Policy: Launched in January 2019 under EO authority and DHS guidance, MPP required asylum seekers (mostly from Central America) to wait in Mexico during U.S. immigration proceedings. Over 68,000 migrants were returned by January 2021, reducing border releases.
    • Biden Action: On January 20, 2021, DHS suspended new MPP enrollments via an EO review memo. On June 1, 2021, Secretary Mayorkas formally ended the program, allowing enrolled migrants to reenter the U.S. for processing. By mid-2021, thousands were paroled in, reversing Trump’s deterrence strategy.
  3. Title 42 Public Health Expulsions
    • Trump Policy: Invoked in March 2020 under CDC authority (not an EO but tied to Trump’s border security stance), Title 42 allowed rapid expulsion of migrants, including unaccompanied minors initially, to prevent COVID-19 spread. Over 1 million expulsions occurred by January 2021.
    • Biden Action: Biden initially kept Title 42 but exempted unaccompanied minors on February 2, 2021, leading to over 150,000 entering by FY 2021’s end. Pressure from progressives and a CDC review led to its full termination on May 11, 2023, shifting to Title 8 processing and increasing interior releases.
  4. Asylum Cooperative Agreements (ACAs)
    • Trump Policy: Established in 2019 with Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras, these "safe third country" deals allowed the U.S. to deport asylum seekers to these nations instead of processing claims domestically. Over 900 migrants were sent to Guatemala by 2020.
    • Biden Action: On February 6, 2021, the State Department suspended and later terminated the ACAs, citing humanitarian concerns and regional instability. Asylum processing reverted to U.S. soil, boosting arrivals at the border.
  5. Zero-Tolerance Policy and Family Separation
    • Trump Policy: Announced April 2018 via DOJ memo (not an EO but tied to EO 13767), this prosecuted all illegal border crossers, separating over 5,500 children from parents by June 2018. EO 13841 (June 20, 2018) ended separations but kept prosecutions.
    • Biden Action: On January 20, 2021, Biden’s EO 14011 revoked EO 13841 and ordered a task force to reunite families, halting the zero-tolerance framework. By February 2021, prosecutions for first-time crossers dropped, and family units were processed together, often released into the U.S.
  6. Border Wall Funding and Construction (EO 13767, January 25, 2017)
    • Trump Policy: EO 13767 directed DHS to plan and fund a "physical wall" along the southern border, leading to the emergency declaration and 452 miles of new or replaced barriers by January 2021.
    • Biden Action: EO 14010 (February 2, 2021) paused wall funding reviews, and the emergency’s end stopped new construction. Biden didn’t revoke EO 13767 explicitly but rendered it moot by redirecting funds and halting projects, leaving 284 miles unfinished AND then tried to sell remaining wall materials after Kamala got LANDSLIDED Nov 5th!
  7. Muslim Ban and Travel Restrictions (EO 13769, January 27, 2017, and EO 13780, March 6, 2017)
    • Trump Policy: These EOs banned entry from several Muslim-majority countries and paused refugee admissions, later refined to include Venezuela and North Korea (Proclamation 9645). Over 40,000 visa denials occurred by 2020.
    • Biden Action: On January 20, 2021, Proclamation 10141 revoked EO 13769, EO 13780, and related proclamations, lifting bans on Iran, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, and others. Refugee caps were raised from 15,000 (Trump FY 2021) to 62,500 (Biden FY 2021), then 125,000 for FY 2022.
  8. Interior Enforcement Priorities (EO 13768, January 25, 2017)
    • Trump Policy: EO 13768 expanded ICE priorities to deport any undocumented immigrant, not just criminals, and revived Secure Communities, leading to 143,470 arrests in FY 2017.
    • Biden Action: On February 18, 2021, DHS issued new guidelines (not an EO revocation but a policy shift) narrowing ICE focus to public safety threats, recent border crossers, and felons. Arrests dropped to 74,000 in FY 2021, effectively sidelining EO 13768’s broad scope.

Broader Impact

  • Catch and Release Revival: Trump’s policies minimized releases into the U.S. interior; Biden’s reversal of MPP, Title 42 exemptions, and family separation ended this, with over 2 million releases by FY 2023 under "catch and release" practices.
  • Border Surge: Encounters rose from 458,000 in FY 2020 (Trump) to 1.7 million in FY 2021 (Biden), peaking at 2.38 million in FY 2022, partly due to dismantled deterrents.

In sum, Biden scrapped or neutralized Trump’s core border security framework—wall funding, MPP, Title 42, ACAs, zero-tolerance, and broad deportations—via EOs like 14011 and 14010, proclamations, and DHS memos, prioritizing humanitarian access over deterrence. This fueled a record 9.25–9.3 million illegal entries by January 2025, a stark contrast to Trump’s approach.
