His reasoning is that he "concluded that it has essentially become a hubris-filled rogue operation often reflecting a leftist bias aligned with partisan national media." He lists several other reasons. I personally believe that old Biden already gave the Chinese a victory by his ineptitude and incompetence and failure to stop the expansionism of the Chinese communist government. If it were not for President Trump, nothing would stop China from its goal of world domination.

I don't have any evidence, only my own recollections from my time in Africa. For foreign news, the Africans I remember listened to French or BBC services but never VoA. No U.S. colonial history there, really. Maybe Donald will put a bid in for Togo?
