I think under UK law penetration from either end against the will of the victim is classed as rape.

 

Sadly, statistical chances of offenses ever getting to court never mind successful convictions are minimal.

 

I don't see why people like that should be allowed on the streets either - assuming he is actually guilty.

If they DNA swabbed her and he denied touching her at all that would indicate to the judge the Israeli was lying if his dna matched.
