you heard the saying dont shoot the messenger Daignosing faults through text is not infallible and my first suggestion was a clean install BUT THAT SAID we are talking WIN 11 and the beast that is 11 is worse than that before so going by what we know most certainly in my case was everything up to 11 for myself a google a root around a few forums looking for others with this selective issue just to help though initailly the OP had success so.. go figure. heres something i did not know If you enabled the Fast Startup feature, Windows 11 will often hibernate instead of shutting down. Fast Startup closes your active programs and puts the computer into a low-energy hibernation state that allows you to boot up your computer much faster next time. Disable Fast Startup Fast Startup is also known as Windows Hybrid Shutdown. Follow these steps to disable it: Open the Control Panel Go to Hardware and Sound → Power Options Click on Choose what the power button does Go to Shutdown Settings Uncheck the Turn on Fast Startup (recommended) option Apply the changes. -

The USA does not manufacture the high volume, low profit margin products that Thailand provides. Where will the USA source its -Electrical Apparatus for Line Telephony or Line Telegraphy -Diodes, Transistors and Similar Semi-conductor Devices -Electrical Transformers, Static Converters and Inductors - Transmission Apparatus For Radiotelephony, Tv, Cameras, Cordless Telephones - Small electrical appliances and other low profit labour intensive items? Where will the USA source rlow cost latex/ubber if it not from Thailand and Malaysia? Are you going to ask US consumers to give up their cheap cooked, shelled and deveined shrimp? The food indystry is dependent on it. What about tuna? Are people going to stop eating tuna and other seafood products? How wil Republicans clutch their pearls when their largest supplier is no longer a source? All of the products exported to the USA meet a demand and a cost point. They are not being purchased for charitable purposes. -

American Man Arrested for Robbing Donation Box Outside Pattaya Police Station
So, the police acting without any complaint, just the tip-off. If he was found lying over the donation box with a knife in his back, I wonder if they would have acted so quick or just waited until someone made a complaint.
