Repaying deducted tax from early withdrawal of SSF

Good morning,

 

Several years ago I took out an SSF fund and claimed back some tax with it. I have had to withdraw it early (before the 10 year period) and I’m unsure which section in my personal tax return I can declare this so I can repay it. Any advice much appreciated.
