April 7, 20251 yr We've got one of those gas stoves in the house. Both burners worked perfectly fine. Then the gas ran out. Called the local shop we've used in the past, to change the bottle. Now the stove is behaving extremely weird. I am unable to cook. - I turn on the gas and ignite it, it stays on for a few seconds and then shuts off. - Same thing happens on small and large flame - As long as I push down the button to keep igniting, it stays lit. As soon as I let go, it shuts off. - There is a clicking sound inside the stove somewhere when it turns off. I don't know what that is. There's two of those in the stove, and they both behave the same way now. Both worked flawlessly prior to the gas change. Gas guy of course says his gas is fine. stove.mp4
April 7, 20251 yr Take the regulator of the bottle and give it a tap, maybe something foreign inside. I'm not a gas guy but worth a try.
