Trump-vs-XI: “The Winds of War”. Are they now inevitably blowing our way?

1. The Chinese will be fighting on their own home turf.  So yeah - as defenders, Chinese youth will be signing up to repel the invaders. By extension: Russians will fighting to defend Russia. Iran will be fighting to defend Iran. Yemenis will be fighting to defend Yemen.  And whoever else is attacked will be fighting to defend their countries on their own soil.

2. Lessons I learned from Vietnam: The US and the West will conscript the cannon fodder it needs to send to faraway places where it wishes to project power and take want it wants by force.  Watch the propaganda:  "If we don't stop those Yellow Chinese Devils on their doorstep in China, they'll eventually take over all of Asia, then the Pacific and the Middle East, then Europe - then they'll come for Americans!!! (It's a propaganda technique called "The Domino Effect" and the clones in the West suck it up with gusto.  Why not, it works on their weak minds.)  Oh and the other propaganda technique that works just as well.  "We gotta kill them 'over there' so we don't have to 'kill them over here.'"  It's still the domino effect.  It will fill Red State recruitment offices.  In Blue States?  Those kids will be heading for Canada, Mexico, and anywhere they can get away from conscription.  Can't blame them actually.  Dying "over there" ain't defending your country from invaders no matter how much they tell you it is.  It's imperialism. Always has been; still is.

Russians are trying to invade a sovereign country in Ukraine. That is called imperialism.

Xi is quite aware of the risks in invading Taiwan.

"Invading Taiwan."  That's like saying that sending US troops to Texas is "invading Texas."  Taiwan IS China.

A few years ago, China already publicly declared a People's War against the USA.

This is not MY doing.

This is XI's long-term plan.

But now, the chance of a real war happening sooner is much greater.

What does a People's War mean?

It means ANYTHING is considered fair game, and one cannot back down.

Way back in the 1980s, some of us knew full well what China's goals were.

And, we knew that these goals did NOT include any form of Democratic State.

So now, since most people were FOOLS, we have ended up in this quagmire of a mess with the Commie Bandits.

But, this could have been avoided, if only leaders were not so CLUELESS....

Back to my original question:  Why Are You Living Here?  It Makes No Sense.

It's none of our business and Thai people have always been neutral. I'm not kidding. Thai people are neutral. As for those who support China, they are immigrants.

Let us never forget the Rape of Nanking, not too many years ago.

Japan and China pretty much hate each other.

There are continual flareups of hatred.

The hatred is deep seated.

I would be surprised if they can cooperate on much, for long.

Also, Japan and China may be at war, soon.

I read the book The Rape of Nanking, and I'm currently reading Retribution.   Retribution describes the horrors the Japanese inflicted on the people of the Philippines.   The people of the Philippines let the past go, but Chian can't seem to get over it.

Not really.  Taiwan is an independent nation.

I imagine there might be many things about this world that make no sense to you.

However, be that as it may, I have lived in Asia a very long time, and more than FOUR decades...almost FIVE DECADES.

This is my choice.

I do not live here, or live anywhere, just so that my choice of place to live might make sense to you, or anyone.

This is just not one of my most important concerns, anytime I choose a place to live.

Would you like to repeat your question, just for the fun of it?

Yes.

Separate Nation.

A democratic nation.

China is ruled by an Emperor, still.

The Taiwanese people, almost all of them...REJECT China for what China is, a country run by unelected Commie Bandits.

Anyone, any country or nation that deals with these commie bandits will pay a huge price, in the end.

The commie bandits are long-term thinkers and their goals are extremely one-sided.

Just remember...

Taiwan is a democracy.

China is run by an emperor, and one where there are almost no freedoms., a country of control by the State.

All here are free to move to China, if they wish.

China will NOT change until the CCP, the Party, is toppled.

Until that time, do not trade with China, or trade as little as possible.

The world does NOT need China while it is lead by Commie Criminals.

China never will forgive the Japanese for the atrocities.

Count on it.

But, in Taiwan, a much different story.

The original Taiwanese people, bendi ren,  love the Japanese, and Japanese culture.

The entire island was run by the Japanese, and children of Taiwan went to Japanese schools.

Taiwan under the Japanese is seen as one of the best of times, a place free of crime, and many more good things.

Taiwan is also NOT China.

Both are separate nations.

Everybody knows this....  but we never mention this indisputable fact.....

Wink, Wink, Wink.....

I might suggest reading the book Tombstone, as well.

The number of millions starved to death by Mao is upwards of 50 million....

This book is completely banned in China...

I wonder why he mentioned Texas, in the first place.

Maybe, he thinks that because Taiwan and Texas are both spelled with a T, this might have some special significance.

Only pro-Commie-China until the next pizza pie, in the form of a pandemic or something else, hits them in the face.

And then, their tune always changes.

Their problem is that their ideology, just like that of Edgar Snow, is most certainly NOT based on reality.

Sooner or later, reality always destroys fantasy.

China stamped out superstition, or tried to.

But, China replaced superstition with ideology.

Complete garbage, and Red Garbage, at that.
