A Russian man is in a critical condition after being stabbed in the neck during a violent altercation outside a condominium in Pattaya. Romanov Mikhali 53, a Russian national, was found bleeding heavily from a stab wound to his neck. Police confirmed that the injury had affected a major artery, leaving Mikhali fighting for his life.
