In what Dem State is the US Supreme Court located? Actually, the conservative majority of the Supreme court ruled that the Federal Govt can't force State Governments to cooperate with Federal Law Enforcement agencies.

They may choose to do so, but that's a different matter. And, no, that document does not direct State employees to obstruct justice. Telling them to be cautious and only to cooperate after consultation does not constitute obstruction of justice.

Ice were in the wrong here on multiple fronts. The warrant was not valid in the court house, the person they wanted to serve was let out to the hallway, the same hallway the agents were in.

 

Nothing will come of it, especially with the rhetoric from trump, patel and bondi obscuring legal limits.
