Hi everyone,

I got a Non B visa for my 90 days probation period at a new job but I want to resign, the agent that provided the visa and my company are saying that I don't need to cancel my visa. Is that correct?

The agent you spoke to is correct.  It's only the extension that needs to be cancelled.  If you are still on the original 90-day non-B visa, then you do not need to cancel anything, and even if you resign you can stay until the end of your current 90-day non-B entry stamp.
