Due process applies when a person is subject to certain proceedings by the government, such as prosecution for a crime. It doesn't apply to someone who is dead, they tend not to get prosecuted, as a general rule.

I've tried explain to him that while a plurality of voters went for Trump, a majority did not. That explanation doesn't seem to have taken.

I don't know why using videos seems to mostly be a predilection of Trumpists. What apparently will take almost 18 minutes for this video to reveal, should be able to be said in paragraph. That is, of course, unless the reasoning is faulty or the information is false It's a lot harder to get away with that kind of deception with the written word, So, come to think of it, I do understand why Trumpists rely so much on video, If you've got an explanation to offer about why a plurality is really a majority, put it in writing, I won't hold my breath waiting for it.

What you will find out is this issue isn't completely foreign policy and may not be at all. The Judiciary is an equal power to the president and has the constitution to uphold. 

I think all US asylum process laws need to be changed. They should be processed at the Embassy level, not at the border.

 

I am tired of hearing liberals saying they should let anyone in for free!!  For someone that went through the whole immigrating to the US process for a relative, filling out all of the forms, paying all of the money and waiting for approval anyone that thinks they can just skip the system and just come in should "go back to the end of the line.". No one should come in unless they can benefit our country. And, if you think the US is so bad, go to another country or, just stay home.
