Paetongtarn reaffirmed yesterday that her father had serious health issues which necessitated continuous medical treatment from abroad until he returned to Thailand for his prison sentence.

Some people will not accept the truth even when it is staring them in the face, plus the fact that Dubai has some of the best hospitals in the world with top equipment & doctors available

Not really. If the thais actually cared they would have done something by now. Unfortunately it is only a few who continue to try to bring him to justice and their task resembles that weighing upon Atlas's shoulders...

This judicial inquiry seeks to ensure the credibility of Thailand's legal system by evaluating whether due processes were compromised during Thaksin's prison term. The outcome could have significant political repercussions and influence public confidence in the judicial system's integrity.

Public interest in this case is high, given Thaksin's prominent political status and the implications of the Court's findings

The findings of the Supreme Court could affect perceptions of fairness and equality in Thailand's legal proceedings.

We'll see what the people think, Hopefully they will support the courts  to put the Thaksin crim in jail .

If the courts side with Thaksin there maybe some big upsets in the people and they will  See that the Thailand Legal System is a big Joke .

I think the majority of Thai people know the legal system is a joke. Heavily leaning to favouring the rich.

Please just let the Thai just-us system run it's course.
