So, what fruit do you eat, not necessarily Thai fruit? We have a lot of Thai fruit in my country. I hate Durian, I love pineapples, but I also love oranges, mandarins and strawberries and other fruit/

Mango.  The king of fruits.  I like the ones that are almost over-ripe.

 

I tried my hand at raising papaya back in Texas and ended up with this pornographic beauty:

Then we had a hurricane blow through and flooded my papayas with salt water.

It may seem overly selective, call me fussy , but 40 or 50 years ago, fruits and vegetables were healthy. Nowadays, irrigation with pesticides dirty water and soil contamination has made them difficult to consume. Most of them raise glucose levels or contain too much sugar (fruit like Tomatoes, apples, melons, watermelons, mangoes, strawberries, etc.). In my older age, I have a small garden where I grow my organic vegetables, cook at home daily, so I try to avoid contaminants also consume probiotics and vitamins.
