Report Liverpool Fans Celebrate Premier League Title in Thai Cities

Liverpool supporters in Phang Nga, Kanchanaburi, and Loei gathered enthusiastically to celebrate their club's Premier League triumph.

 

On 25 May at 4 PM, fans in Phang Nga assembled at the Princess Mother’s Park for a lively celebration themed “When We Win the League… We Celebrate Big!”

 

Donning their iconic red Liverpool shirts, they organised a parade featuring a replica Premier League trophy on local songthaews (passenger vehicles).

 

The procession, led by motorcycles and tuk-tuks, included over 20 vehicles adorned with Liverpool flags, delighting onlookers as it wound through the city. Enthusiastic fans cheered along the route and took photos with the trophy at iconic spots like the Khao Tapu roundabout.

 

 

In Kanchanaburi, hundreds of Liverpool devotees formed a spirited parade, waving flags and cheering as they visited key landmarks, including an old paper mill, the Kanchanaburi Skywalk, and culminating at the famous Bridge over the River Kwai, where some even took to rafts to celebrate.

 

Despite cloudy weather and drizzle, over 100 loyal fans in Loei gathered at the Naga courtyard to revel in their team's success. The event was vibrant with community pride, exemplifying the passion of this small town’s ardent Liverpool following.

Liverpool had a fine season and did very well.  They will also have to do well when the summer transfer season starts as they have a few positions to fill.
