Where can I buy skins in Thailand to stuff sausages with. I live in rural Kamphaeng Phet some 65 km from the city. and to my knowledge there is nowhere around that I can buy any. I would like to get size 32 to 38 mm.

I recall Thai artesian foods use to stock some, l got the pink salt from them before.

Koh Samui I think but they do shipping.

Go to your local fresh market at 4 a.m. and they should have pork intestines.  You'll then need to spend a few hours washing them out (unless you like your sausages to be redolent of the farm).

We've found them in makro in the past (frozen), but plenty on Lazada both natural and collagen casings.

 

 

 

From Lazada, packed in salt. They keep for ages in the fridge.  But they need to be washed inside and out then soaked overnight and before use.
