As wrote previously I was in overstay. Now I cleared it and would like to apply for the Elite Visa, but I read that is impossible to do it with a past overstay. Is this correct? Thanks again.

PE do not like overstay. 

How long was it. Normally i wouldn't ask however for PE visa its relevant.

Talk to Thai Privilege (not to the agent, but to the company itself).  That is the only way to find out about their current rules.  And as sales are slow, they might be more lenient.  Previously, there was a question on this in the very application form, but IIRC it was fatal only with more than one overstay
