Is that you Bob Tuco?

You really needed to ask, as it has all the signs of it. Or do you know anyone else who always disables messaging and signs with his (fake) first name?

Hi fellas, new here and thought I would make this my first post. I am 54 years old and there is a youngish girl that works at 7/11 down my soi. She looks about 23/24 and keeps giving me the eye whenever I walk in. I am thinking about shooting my shot and asking for her LINE, she speaks pretty good english.

Do you think I have a chance with her? do 7/11 girls go for foreigners? I am retired, quite well off and can take care of her if need be.

Thanks.

Mark.

Tape 2000 baht to your tongue and give it a wag, you got a new gf!

Nothing wrong with hitting on a civilian. Just keep in mind most women who would be willing to date a man 30 years older than themselves would be expecting some sort of sponsorship. Which is all good, as long as you are in a position to help.

In my opinion you either pay on the front end or the back end so it's almost all the same thing.

Spot on! My last girlfriend was a 'civilian'. Had a great, well-paid office job, but still always out of cash. Didn't 'beg' for money, but asked me for 'loans' all the time; loans with undefined payback terms that is... 😆

18?  0 percent.   Up to 30, 0 percent.   40, yes, better than 0.    40 and lots of tattoos from a former life, sure.

All 18-year-old daughters write on their Facebook for their family and friends to see, "I want a 55-year-old guy." (obvious joke) Therefore, we must have the addendum: "55 is just an age, but his bank account is not just a number.  The older they get, the more digits we must see"

Flash a few million, nice car, great place, prove to her family you are successful.  Age lowers a lot, but money and fame can offset these shortcomings.

if only a backpack and 20 baht, then it will be tough.   the falangs learn this at all ages.

A couple of years after I had arrived and living a normal married life with my Thai wife and kids, an Australiam pal of mine mentioned he wouldn't mind having a wife and kids.

A week or two later this Thai couple turned up with their 18 yo daughter, and asked if my pal would be interested.

Guaranteed virgin, she wanted a car, a house and to go to university, in return he would get a wife and as many kids as he could put in her. They weren't poor either, turned up in a new pickup and he was a manager at a local furniture factory.

Attractive girl too ...........

Yeah I always look at those loans as a gift, when you consider them a loan, and expect them to be paid back then there's all kinds of bad feelings, but if it's just a gift then it's like okay here, let me help you out.
