Wooden bed slats

Has anyone in the pattaya area needed to replace wooden bed slats ?

760 x 56 x 10 mm

If you know a place that I can buy them I would be obliged. I'm 100kg and they don't seem to be strong enough. The existing ones are made from weak laminated ply wood. Cheers.

I've just bought some replacements from IKEA, check online

My Ikea bed slats are 10 years old and still look new. Helps prolong the life of the mattress too.

Row of bricks under the slats down the middle is the easy fix.

Check Ikea. (100 kg is a bit too much, don't you think so?)

Welcome 🤗

I agree, 6'4" and 100kg not fat but probably a bit over weight.  Muscle heavier than fat.

6'4" and 80kg sounds like in need of a wife to feed you.

I am  6'2" 90kg and charts show that over weight.  I walk 10kms everyday, eat healthy. Want to get to 87kg and that I be happy.

BMI charts are over rated.

Haha yeah, there are always excuses on the way🤗

Maybe eat half of your healthy food might be an option.😁
