Conscription in Sisaket

Looking for someone who knows a reliable contact in Sisaket, in order to avoid conscription for my son next year. Reward if successful.

I don't know if you were conscripted, as I was, but it is everything except becoming a man, unless you consider cleaning the floor, standing guard or playing football as necessary to become a man...while losing 2 years of your youth...

These seem to be the only way out........

Paying for Higher Education might be a better investment than subscribing to official bribery ?
