Copy or original of lease agreement? Retiremet extension

Hi for 1 yr extension of non-O Retirement visa (Chiang Mai) does anybody know if a copy of the signed lease agreement is accepted, or must it be the original? Because I do not have the original, and the rental company does not have the original, they put it on their system (all digitised). Thanks

Think you will be fine with copy. 

For my extension retirement CW the io looked at first page of lease photocopy and didn't appear overly interested. 

Do you have a TM30. That would be handy.
