So his status changed along with his title? Seems to me Hun Manet is PM of Cambodia the same way Paetorngtarn is/was PM of Thailand.

Other important news which I have yet to see on AN is today the Constitutional Court rejected 

Nathaporn's, ( the serial petitioner!) petition against the EC, the EC secretary-general, Bhumjaithai , the Bhumjaithai executive board  and 138 senators regarding voter collusion to ensure the 138 senators won the Senate election.

 

The Constitutional Court argued that the case is already being investigated by government agencies responsible for the alleged offences.

 

This certainly gives Bhumjaithai breathing space, and a chance perhaps to form a new government.

I really hope that amidst all this political chaos, they still manage to guarantee that every single weed shop in Thailand has at least one licensed doctor or dentist on site to protect Thailand from these criminals!

how convenient that she had just awarded herself that position, only days before this happening.Who will take over in the mean time ?   will it be that miserable looking bloke with the permanent hangdog expression , the one who can normally be seen standing to her right when she's on cam ? I think he may be family, but i could be wrong  Thats the guy below, he might break a smile if he gets a stint in the big chair

 

I am no big fan, but you can't just have courts getting rid of leaders of a country on such small incidents. This especially seems very bizarre - in the sense how can a Thai leader ever have formal talks with any leader again with this sort of threat hanging over their head? 

 

Diplomacy means you have to talk alot of nonsense.
