2) The changes in Medicaid are resetting the system back to the pre-Joe Biden expansion.   Medicaid exists to help the poorest of the poor.  Under Biden, this was greatly expanded without any funding.

They would easily find the funding on this bill, which is already in a tremendous debt. Adjusting the tax cuts for the richest, there you have it. Or reducing the incredible high ICE budget (on par with the 2-3 highest defence budgets in the world..)
