Liking yourself is it possible? I don't think so. You can like your body or mind but that is not self. How can a spirit like or hate itself? Depressed people hate their mind or body.

Yes, totally agree with you (again). I am happy not to be depressed.

Lets say someone has depression. A mind hating a body makes sense but can a mind hate itself? If thats impossible then depression is due to mind hating the body and the cure is a stronger body. Therefore it follows a stronger body makes one happy.
