The most educated children in the UK are these Chinese and Indian community - go look at the GCSE and A level results by ethnicity. 

 

Also totally ridiculous to ignore UK's colonial past, and how they looted most of the world to enrich the UK. Furthermore using commonwealth troops to protect the country during world wars, and then bringing workers over to rebuild the country. This past history will attract people who will have links to this country.
