Well 25 to 1 shouldn't shock anyone if it happens.

A weak dollar is one of the few coherent policy goals of the Trump regime.

After Powell, he'll likely get someone willing to lower interest rates faster than they should be lowered and normally that would continue to weaken the dollar.
