MAGA is a slogan and the adopted name of Trump and his supporters. I suppose you could assign a "kill rate" to the actions of Trump.

Socialism is an economic system that utilizes the state's assets to provide for the needs of ALL citizens. I'm not sure how you could assign a "kill rate" to it. You could, however, assign a "save rate" to it, I guess.

First of all, I know of no country that has had an actual socialist economy. Secondly, all the actions of a country cannot be exclusively blamed on its economy. If that were the case, you could also claim that many capitalist countries have conducted mass murder and genocide. Actions like mass murder and genocide are products of its governmental system, not its economic system.
