But, according to the story, these agents weren’t kneeling in deference to Derek Chauvin (the “violent criminal” in this case -- who murdered George Floyd in the street by slowly strangling him to death). They were kneeling in deference to the victim, namely Floyd. Your statement is incoherent.

Chauvin was a violent career criminal with history of pistol whipping a pregnant lady? He was out trying to pass forged banknotes while sick with Covid and high on enough fentanyl to floor an elephant then OD'd while again violently resisting arrest? This Chauvin sounds like a complete weapon. Should we build statues and murals of him to inspire others?😅

Why do you respect Floyd ?

They are in the saqme class.

I'm a bit surprised. Thought that the US press are the "enemy of the people".

So why aren't these "fake news media" sued and all the journalists who wrote this locked up?

Irony OFF.

Certainly not.

Again, I have no idea what you’re talking about. Medical examiners determined that George Floyd was murdered by asphyxiation, and Chauvin was convicted of that murder and sentenced to 20+ years in prison. It is this specific case that’s under discussion here; what either man may have done earlier bears no relevance.

The brits treated the abbos really bad and should be hung

In that case the Amerricans should be hung as well and the US should give America back to the native indians

Indeed, a serial criminal with a long rap sheet! From 1997-2007.

So WHY were they fired them?

The 15-20 FBI agents fired on September 27, 2025, were not dismissed "just for kneeling for a Black man" (George Floyd). The official reason was "lack of judgment" for kneeling during the 2020 protests following Floyd's death.

Don't worker's in America get a warning before before being fired?

Where is their union?

Where is their union?

Depends on a few things.   Union or not, they may be of no help, depending what rule you broke, and who is in charge of your discipline action.

Depends on the infraction, and how serious it was, and how it affected the operation, product or work place.   I've worked under a Union contract, which was anywhere from ....

... protecting workers who shouldn't be there

... protecting workers from personality conflict of boss

... not protecting employee when it should have

Unions care about one thing, their dues, and are a business, like any other.   Bottom line matters.   I've been on all sides, as an employee, shop steward, manager.

If all else fails, union intervention, grievance filed, termination, then civil court is a last resort.

This former police chief in Santa Monica got to "retire" a few months later:  She is now an "expert" in policing:  image.jpeg.bbcdbcb186ea4841709136cc2c466346.jpeg

Read the OP, nothing to do with Trump decreeing anything.

Interesting, can't myself seeing that is serious enough to be fired, but then I have lived in a country where unions have a bit more clout.

Have you made sure that you've returned everything back to them that may be theirs that you now own/occupy?

"...kneeling on George Floyd's throat".

Something that didn't happen.

I love the posturing by the right wingers on this site. End someone's career - people who could be the best of the best - simply because at worst they joined a clumsy way to support those against racism 5 years ago.  I keep thinking Trump supporters hit a low point  but they continue to surprise me with their walking in lockstep and obedience to his whims.

Very interested in learning this statement is true "... why the left forced everyone to do this...". Please provide a creditable source?

Nice try. I appreciate it is toe curling looking back on the left's obsession with their man of the year George Floyd. But are you really claiming it was conservatives that were all in in taking the knee for violent criminal Floyd? Quite a bizarre claim🤣
