Absolute tosh! Typical Dem making up stories and so called facts to fit your narrative against anything non woke or loony left. It's all coming out now about how treasonous the Dems were when in power and the crimes they committed trying to set trump up with the Russian collusion frame job. Schiff, Comey, Clapper, Brennan et al will have their day in court.....Only it will be on the opposite of the prosecution!

At the time he was elected president in 2016, there were 3,600 lawsuits he was involved in. I do believe that is a record by any American. Prove to us he is not litigious. You cannot.

Nonsense.   He has as much freedom of speech as anyone else, what he does not have is the freedom to say whatever he wants when he has constraints such as an employment contract that can limit him from expressing his personal opinions on a private network... i.e our house, our rules

Well, he went on about Trump before, so clearly that’s not in his contract and it was only after Trump startet b.tching about it and pulled some strings that he got fired, so…..

I definitely want in! What do I have to post to get my account deleted?

The specifics that you claimed are not...unless you can quote them, of course, which should be easy if they exist so abundantly.

You Tube helps pay for the ballroom. Priceless!

If it was the dems they would have doubled the cost of building it to include their kickbacks and charged it to the taxpayer.

About half of them were against him, litigation raised by other bodies. Typical radical left fact twisting.

Of course, you're not, that's because you can't but I wasn't asking you to do "my" (?) homework, I was just asking you to back up your assertion with evidence so it's your homework that needs to be done!.

YouTube has agreed to a $24.5 million settlement with US president Donald Trump following a lawsuit over the temporary suspension of his account post-2021 Capitol insurrection. The settlement aims to resolve a four-year legal dispute, with the funds directed towards supporting the construction of a White House State Ballroom. This agreement also involves compensations to other plaintiffs whose accounts were suspended, including the American Conservative Union.

The lawsuit accused YouTube of violating Trump's First Amendment rights, charging the suspension was influenced by federal government coercion. This case concluded similarly to Trump's settlements with Meta and X, which resulted in payouts of $25 million and $10 million, respectively. These settlements followed the restoration of Trump's social media accounts, with YouTube reinstating his account in 2023.

The construction of the White House ballroom has attracted significant interest, with corporate and individual donors pledging approximately $200 million to the project. Notable contributions have been reported from major companies like Google, R.J. Reynolds, and Booz Allen Hamilton. As part of Trump's administration's recent efforts, there has been a noticeable increase in building alliances with tech companies and industry leaders.

Trump's administration announced the planned 90,000-square-foot ballroom as part of the White House's East Wing renovation. These developments are part of an ongoing effort to enhance the premises, backed by strong support from corporate donors. Meanwhile, Alphabet has refrained from commenting on the settlement, focusing on closing this prolonged legal chapter.

Key Takeaways

  • YouTube agrees to pay $24.5 million to settle Trump's lawsuit.
  • The settlement supports Trump's planned White House ballroom project.
  • Corporate donors pledged $200 million for the ballroom construction.

As with all the settlements the Orange Buffoon has gotten, it's merely the cheapest way out for the companies. Legal battles are expensive and would cost more than the 15-20 million he's been getting. I'm sure if you checked the details, none of the companies paying admitted any wrongdoing.

Trump, of course, tries to label it a win and the MAGA morons just suck it up. In reality, not a win, just business.

That's got nothing to do with the lawsuit that was settled for less than the lawyers would have cost

It has everything to do with it.
