Experienced Software Quality And Systems Analyst

Hi,

I am a systems and software quality analyst with blue-chip experience including Natwest-Royal Bank of Scotland, British Sky Broadcasting and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. I am well-versed in many administration and diagnostic technologies including SQL, packet-analysis, log analysis and http messaging capture, can present the results of dignostic and fault research in a manner appropriate to its audience and have excellent communication skills from extensive liaison with (or perhaps translation between!) development teams, designers, project managers and customer representatives.

I am looking ideally to move to a small but robust enterprise, and am happy to consider contract or full-time work.
