Hamas Breach Ends Gaza Ceasefire, Israel Launches Strikes

Israel launched airstrikes on Gaza, causing at least two deaths, following accusations against Hamas for breaking a US-mediated ceasefire and staging a deceptive hostage discovery. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu swiftly ordered the military response and informed US officials. Attacks on Israeli troops in Rafah reportedly triggered the strikes.

Previously, the ceasefire appeared stable until Israel received remains that were purportedly unrelated to the 13 hostages still missing. The Israeli Defence Forces released drone footage, which they claim shows a staged burial scene by Hamas in Gaza City. The video purports to show operatives burying and then uncovering a body during a staged discovery.

Israel's Defence Minister Israel Katz stated Hamas would face severe retribution. The strikes hit the Sabra region, killing and injuring several, with further impacts near Al Shifa hospital. Hamas condemned the bombing, maintaining their commitment to the truce and denying involvement in the attack on Israeli troops.

As tensions escalate, Hamas postponed transferring a hostage's body, citing Israeli violations. They warned further aggression could compromise search and retrieval efforts. The militant group was set to return remains via the Red Cross, with another body found in Nuseirat, the site of a prior Israeli rescue operation.

Questions arise about past missions, with conflicting reports on hostages' fate during the June 2024 operation. The Palestinian Ministry of Health reports significant casualties from this operation.

Key Takeaways:

  • Israel strikes Gaza following ceasefire breach accusations.
  • Footage allegedly reveals staged hostages' remains discovery by Hamas.
  • Tensions hinder retrieval efforts amid new military actions.

Maybe Hamas replied only. But now IDF got reasons to accomplish their bloodshed

Yeah, the Israelis stopped the aid trucks because the Palestinians didn't get the bodies of the dead hostages out... but Israel blocked the heavy equipment like bulldozers, escalators and fuel to get into Gaza before that. How would they get the bodies out from under all that rubble that Israel produced with their bombings?!

Any sane person knows that Israel negotiated the ceasefire in bad fate, and were never going to honour it...

There was never a ceasefire deal from the start as Israel and Hamas refused to attend the formal signing of the agreement. Old Donnie is making nonsensical claim and that include his 7 or whatever peace deals that he accomplished. .

it was just a ploy to get the hostages returned.  typical.

While I find what Hamas did as terrible, it doesn’t come close to that nut job from Israel. He wants total destruction and a takeover. Karma is a bi tch and they will both receive what they deserve.

As predicted.

Hamas can never be trusted.

Expect lots of bile from the left towards the Jews, sorry I mean "Israel".

Hopeful Israel will get what they deserve...............................Gaza

No surprises here.

Israel will completely take over Gaza and the West Bank sooner rather than later.

After that they will continue to annex more and more land on the way to their objective of Eretz Israel.

You can set your clocks to Israel breaching "ceasefires" and then Israel and the entire Western media blaming it on "Hamas" or "Hezbollah" or "Iran".

  • Popular Post

So, who's surprised at this? I've said for years now that the hostages were Hamas's only "bargaining chips," and as soon as they release and return them, Israel will decimate the whole of Gaza and expel all Palestinians from the West Bank.

I think there is no stopping this now. What we need to do is accept that, and then decide how we will punish Israel for it in the future.

"Israel kills 91 in Gaza; Trump insists nothing will jeopardise truce," 29 Oct 2025

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/liveblog/2025/10/29/

  • "Israeli forces have killed at least 91 people in Gaza overnight, including at least 24 children, according to medical sources, in violation of the US-brokered ceasefire.
  • US President Donald Trump says Israel “hit back” after a soldier was “taken out” but claims “nothing is going to jeopardise” the ceasefire. He also says Hamas has “to behave”."

Trump the piece maker.

I think deep inside DJT hates Bibi, Zionism and what the Israeli government is doing. He’s required to comply for obvious reasons. DJT also knows Israeli behavior will piss off the region resulting in ultimate destruction of the Zionist regime. He can claim that he did what he could to help and will wash his hands off of it. World will not tolerate another na$i type establishment. Let them continue with their dream of conquering the region only to see them disappear like the na$is. 👍

Israel can not be trusted. You say this just because of your hatred of Muslims.

Incorrect. Although I do hate terrorist organizations like Hamas.

Don't like antisemites much either, but please don't take that personally.

No surprise there.  A group who rapes young girls and parades them nude around Gaza, kills babies and even kills their own can't be trusted as far as you can see them.

It's probably true, but so did Hamas.

Neither Hamas nor Netanyahu have a real interest in peace.

Those are not Muslims. Those are mercenaries (covered up by Islam name)who just get paid. Cash comes from those who have political purposes.

It makes me sick how one IDF terrorist is killed, while illegally in Gaza so Israel kill 35 children and scores of adults in revenge, terrorist nation needs brought to justice, snd they would if it wasn’t for Americans,
