Cyber crime police in Thailand have arrested a mother from Sa Kaeo province for producing and livestreaming videos of herself sexually abusing her 15-year-old son. The arrest, which took place on November 3, followed a tip-off from the anti-trafficking organisation Destiny Rescue. The teenage victim has since been taken into the care of the Sa Kaeo Provincial Shelter for Children and Families.

 

The investigation was launched after Destiny Rescue alerted the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB) to child pornography videos featuring a Thai boy. These explicit materials were being distributed within a private online group that required payment for access. Undercover officers then posed as potential clients to infiltrate the network. The group's administrator instructed the officers to pay a membership fee before providing a link to join.

 

Further police investigation revealed that some of the content featured livestreams of a mother and her son. The suspect, identified only as 'A', subsequently confessed to the crimes during a search of her home. She admitted to initially broadcasting lewd videos of herself before involving her son at the request of group members. Officers seized a mobile phone, a sex toy used in the videos and a notebook detailing her income from this illegal activity.

 

The suspect stated that she earned approximately 10,000 baht per month from the activity. This income came from payments made by the group administrator and from gifts sent by viewers. The case highlights the disturbing monetisation of child sexual abuse material through private online platforms.

 

The woman now faces serious legal consequences for her actions. She has been charged under Section 14(4) of the Computer Crimes Act, which carries a penalty of up to five years in prison, a fine of up to 100,000 baht, or both. Additionally, she is charged under Section 287 of the Criminal Law for producing and distributing indecent materials, an offence punishable by up to three years in prison, a fine of up to 60,000 baht, or both.

 

The legal process will continue as the suspect proceeds through the judicial system, with further charges likely as the investigation continues. The primary focus for authorities remains the wellbeing and recovery of the 15-year-old victim in state care. This case has also triggered a wider police investigation into the private online group and its administrator to identify and apprehend all involved parties.

She could have made that in a weekend on Beach Road without screwing up her son's life.  She may also have condemned him to a life of poverty if there's no one to provide financial support and parental guidance. 

I consider myself unshockable, but I must admit I did raise my eyebrows at this one,

To be honest when I read the headline I assumed she had secretly recorded him beating her up ,but was actually her self being prosecuted over some ridiculous sort of  data protection law.  

So it was quite a surprise to see what had  actually occurred , also surprising is the fact that she does not appear to have been charged with any sort of  sexual abuse involving a minor   or indeed incest .

   That would be an illegal act itself in some Countries

If she has been sentenced to 3 years, he will be 18 when she gets out.  At that age he will be free to leave her and never see her again if he so chooses.

presumably he would also be free to return home to live with her if he so wished.  This kind of sick behaviour can produce some very strange reactions from the victims

It's not appropriate. I have a friend in anothr (western) country who worked for years in a senior position in a gov't family and children's services agency. He has a few times shared cases of family incest and he says incest is much more common than most people realize. I recall one case he shared:

- Family: Father, mother, 3 daughters and 3 sons

- Kids were (deliberately) present from toddler age until adult age to watch mother and father have intercourse

- Father had intercourse with his 3 daughters regularly from about 8 years old with mother supervising

- Father had all types of gay sex with all three sons from about 8 years old.

- On order father often watched his sons having gay intercourse and watched them performing oral sex on each other

- On order father and mother often watched their sons and daughters(in couples) having intercourse and performing oral sex

- and more ....

All came to light when the 2 older sons took their younger brother (perhaps at 13 years old) to a hospital because he had an infection on his penis caused by the mother biting the boy's penis several times, enough to cause bleeding which didn't receive any medical  more... 

 

 

Another case father and mother jailed for many years, neighbors called police because of loud noise in a neighborhood house, neighbors aware that regular drug parties occurred at the house. Police arrived to find a 13 year old boy dead in a pool of blood. Medical examination revealed that the father had been performing anal intercourse on his son whilst the mother peformed oral sex on the boy. The anal intercourse had ripped the boy's anus open causing severe bleeding. The mother, father and the son all high as a kite when this all occurred.

 

Another different case: 2 late teenage kids got married, a later medical checl revealed they were brother and sister. As young teenagers they hid in wardrobes etc., when father severely bashed the mother, and to escape being forced to watch their father rape the mother's sister. They ran away from home, survived on the streets, hugged each other all night. They got jobs, rented a house and lived like a happy married couple with regular intercourse. Girl got pregnant, dr. did some tests and discovered the father was the mothers slightly older brother.
