Quite why the files were not released during the Biden administration is indeed strange. It is one of rather a number of questions which will only be answered after a full release followed by a full open inquiry; so let's release them, and have the inquiry. We will find out why Biden kept them locked up, wether Clinton and lots of others were involved, and of course completely exonerate Trump.

They were court SEALED at that time, only the COURTS could decide who got to see them, not a president.
